InspireNOLA Charter Schools

Out of an abundance of caution, all InspireNOLA schools will have a staggered return to schools this week.

• On Tuesday, Jan. 4, Prek through 2nd grade and 12th grade will return.
• On Wednesday, Jan. 5, 3rd through 5th grade and 11th grade will also return.
  • All prek-5th and 11th-12th graders in attendance
• On Thursday, Jan. 6, all 6th through 8th graders and 10th graders will also return. 
  • All prek-6th and 10th-12th graders in attendance
• On Friday, Jan. 7, 9th graders will return. 
  • All students in attendance

Mask and social distancing will be required at all times. All extracurricular activities, except for sports competing in LHSAA, are postponed at this time. Students and staff participating in sports must be fully vaccinated.

All students are encouraged to get vaccinated and get a booster shot. NOLA Public Schools will be requiring students ages 5 and older to be vaccinated by February 1.  Visit NOLA Ready,  Louisiana Department of Health website or Vaccines.gov to find a list of vaccine locations and events.

Most sites that offer the pediatric Pfizer vaccine are by appointment only.

Vaccines for kids 12-17

Students age 16 and older should get a COVID booster shot. Boosters are available at all the above locations.
