We are so excited to announce our Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. This beloved community event will provide free turkeys and hams to families in need across the city.
This year, we will be hosting two locations for the giveaway:
- West Bank: Alice Harte Charter School, 9:00 AM
- East Bank: Mahalia Jackson Theater, 2:00 PM
About the Giveaway
This free event is open to all families. Along with turkeys, there will also be other holiday essentials available, thanks to the generous donations of local sponsors and volunteers.
How to Participate
Participants are encouraged to arrive early, as supplies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each family will be provided with one turkey or one ham while supplies last.
