Mr. Bear oversees the physical property portfolio for the network including charter compliance, utility and energy management, construction, renovation, vendor relationships, and in house maintenance and repairs. He most recently worked as the Director of Facilities for an educational nonprofit managing physical property, maintenance, food service, transportation and security. He has prior CMO experience as the Director of Facilities of a network managing a turnaround school achieving the highest gains of any New Orleans public school in 2014, and as an administrator and adjunct faculty member at Tulane University.Mr. Bear holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the School of Public Health at Indiana University.
