InspireNOLA Charter Schools

As the Staffing and Recruitment Manager of InspireNOLA charter schools, Ms. Joy Garrison-Hampton assist principals with recruiting high-quality teachers who share in the philosophy of aligning the principles of learning with culturally relevant pedagogy and having a commitment to excellence in education. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from Dillard University. Mrs. Garrison-Hampton worked as a certified classroom teacher for 10 years in New Orleans Public/Charter schools. Prior to joining the InspireNOLA family she also served as a recruitment and staffing coordinator for Jefferson Parish Public School System.
