Position Summary
The Network Support Manager is responsible for overseeing athletic programming, transportation, safety & security and food service for all InspireNOLA schools. This position is supervised by the Managing Director of Site Services.  The Network Support Manager must direct and support School Operations Managers (SOMs) and school Athletic Directors on a daily basis, and will also collaborate with the Managing Director of Site Services to provide support with transportation, food service and safety & security functions within schools.   

 Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Personnel Management
Continuously develop and retain members of each school support team (food service, security, maintenance) and athletic directors, with an emphasis on developing skill in problem-solving and strategic planning. 

Athletic Programming & Event Management 
Directly manage operations, athletic events and schedules at all schools, including the management of an Athletic Director at each location.
Ensure all athletic programming is compliant with the rules and regulations of the LHSAA.
Ensure all aspects of athletic event management are cost-effective and compliant with InspireNOLA policies, including: event transportation, event budget management, payroll sign off, event ticketing, event concessions, event security, etc.

Transportation Services Management
Maintains all transportation compliance documentation for schools;
Manages school bus routes and rosters, increasing efficiency and ensuring accurate data from all transportation systems;
Manages routine communication with transportation service provider(s), troubleshooting issues with buses or riders on a daily basis, and ensuring appropriate quality and timeliness.

Safety & Security Management
Manage campus security guards, and provide ongoing professional development regarding campus safety and conflict resolution;
Ensure appropriate implementation of all safety and crisis plans to ensure compliance with all policies governing school safety;
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment as directed by the Managing Director of Site Services.

Food Service Management
Manages routine communication with food services, ensuring appropriate quality and timeliness, supporting compliance and troubleshooting issues;
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment as directed by the Managing Director of Site Services.

Position Qualifications & Competencies
Belief in the mission and values of InspireNOLA; 
Bachelor’s degree (required);
Minimum of three years of experience overseeing facilities or operations in a high-performing school, within a charter network or a business;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to manage projects at multiple locations;
Comfort defining and upholding high expectations, including delivering and receiving constructive feedback; 
Possesses hands-on experience with HVAC units, electrical, grounds care, buildings, custodial care, carpentry, playground equipment and safety;
Has a working knowledge of all applicable OSHA, EPA, and Louisiana School Code regulations applicable to facilities and maintenance.
