InspireNOLA values its employees. Besides offering a comprehensive benefits package, as the infographic below illustrates, we also celebrate our staff and ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary for success.

Our Teacher of the Year awards are peer-nominated honors with a monetary award. Staff celebrations and bonding activities throughout the year help us become a stronger team.

As part of a team, we make sure all our employees are up-to-date on school and organization news. In addition to regular grade/department meetings, there are frequent staff meetings, bi-annual network-wide meetings, and weekly newsletters to keep staff informed.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff is important to us. We are following the CDC, state, and federal guidelines for safely reopening schools and providing the necessary PPE and ensuring our buildings are cleaned and sanitized several times a day.

To further support the overall wellness of our staff and their families, we offer several benefit options that include multiple health and medical plans, including dental and vision; partial tuition reimbursement; retirement through TRSL; pet insurance, and so much more!
