Welcome to the InspireNOLA family! We hope to make the registration process fast and easy for you to complete. Below are frequently asked questions that may be useful when you are completing registration online or in-person:

General Registration FAQs

How can I register my child?
You can register online or via hard copy form. 
Online registration can be accessed by visiting our registration page here
Hard copy forms can be obtained and submitted at the InspireNOLA Parent Center or your child’s assigned school.

What is the deadline for registration?
Those students who are matched in round 1 of OneApp must complete registration by May 21, 2021.

If I have multiple children, do I need to complete more than one registration? 
Yes, you will need to submit a separate online or hard copy registration for each student. Each registration form is child-specific.

What documents do I need to complete registration?
You will need to submit the following documents when completing registration: 
        o Student’s Birth Certificate 
        o Student’s Social Security Card [Optional] 
        o Student’s Immunization Records 
        o Parent/Guardian Photo Identification 
        o If guardian, court-ordered proof of guardianship is required
        o Two (2) Proofs of Orleans Parish Residency in parent/guardian’s name at the same address as the student. Bills provided as proof must be current - within the last three months. 
                   • Examples: Homestead exemption form/property tax bill, cable or internet service bill, LA state ID card, drivers’ license, Entergy bill, telephone bill, current lease, official letter from Family Services caseworker, Sewerage and Water Board bill, payroll check stub with home address.
                                 o Transcript from previous high school (for high school students only)
                                 o Final report card showing promotion to enrolled grade (if applicable)
                                 o Test scores (If applicable)
                                 o IEP/504 plan (if applicable)

Can I complete registration in another language?
Hard copy registration forms are available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Online forms are available in English and Spanish. If you need assistance, please contact the InspireNOLA Parent Center.

What if my child was assigned to the wrong grade level?
If your child’s grade level is incorrect, please reach out to the InspireNOLA Parent Center and we will be happy to assist.

My other child already attends an InspireNOLA school. Do I still need to provide all required documents?
Yes, all new students must submit the required documents regardless of relation to current student. 

How can I enroll my child into an InspireNOLA school? 
All InspireNOLA schools participate in the district’s centralized enrollment system, EnrollNOLA. To enroll your child in an InspireNOLA school, a parent must complete a OneApp online via https://enrollnola.org or visit our website, https://www.inspirenolacharterschools.org/enroll. Students are matched to a school based on the schools they rank in their application.

How can I register online?
Visit our registration page here to access online registration. You will need the Snapcode you received from us in your Registration Welcome email and your student’s date of birth to access their online form.

What is a Snapcode?
A Snapcode is a unique identifier used for each student. Your Snapcode can be found in the Registration Welcome email sent to you by InspireNOLA. 

I never received my Snapcode. Can I call the school to get it?
Due to student privacy laws, we cannot provide your Snapcode over the phone. You must bring your I.D. to the Parent Center or your assigned school to receive your Snapcode.  

Can I complete registration in another language?
The online registration form is available in English and Spanish. You can click the globe icon on your form to switch languages. Please contact the InspireNOLA Parent Center if you need to complete registration in a language other than English or Spanish.

How can I submit my student’s documents?
You have the option to upload pictures of documents while completing online registration. You can also bring copies of the required documents in-person to the Parent Center or your student’s assigned school.

What if I don’t have all documents ready when I submit online?
You can still submit online registration without all the required documents. You can upload any documents that are ready and bring everything else to the InspireNOLA Parent Center or your child’s school later.

Why can’t I change my child’s grade?
Questions in gray boxes cannot be changed. Please contact the InspireNOLA Parent Center if your child’s grade level is incorrect.

I completed the information online, but I get an error message and/or cannot submit the registration.
This typically occurs when you have missed a required field. The Summary page will list the number of errors within each section. You will need to select ‘Find Invalid Fields’ to be directed to the missing required information.

I need help uploading documents.
Please contact or visit the InspireNOLA Parent Center for assistance. 

I need to change an answer to a form I already submitted.
Once you have submitted your child’s online registration, you cannot make any additional updates. Please contact the InspireNOLA Parent Center for assistance.
