Karren is originally from Alexandria, LA and comes from a long line of educators at the elementary school level. Karren has a Master of Science degree in Accounting and worked over 35 years for the United States Department of Agriculture as a Senior Manager. Although she is an Accountant, she utilizes her gift of teaching to educate employees and leaders in the Government and private sectors. Karren is the owner of PAMD International, LLC and the Canology Institute and is a sought after motivational speaker. Also, she is an Amazon #1 Best Selling author. Her book is titled "Invisible Hand: Overcoming Obstacles and Challenges." Karren is also the Director of the Christian Education Ministry for her church.
