Position Summary
InspireNOLA Charter Schools is seeking a passionate, talented, and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are pursuing candidates who are committed to the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth of our students and who have a strong desire to continuously develop in their profession. 
 
Position Qualifications & Competencies
Belief in the mission and values of InspireNOLA; 
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (required);
Two or more years of experience supporting the technological needs of a business or school (required);
Two or more years of teaching experience (preferred);
Proven success raising the achievement levels of historically under-served students;
Expertise in content area and strong classroom management skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with school team, families and community members;
Desire to continuously improve instructional practices and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development;
Ability to manage Google workspace services: compete with adding, removing or modifying user accounts, Google G Suite certification preferred.
Capable of troubleshooting printer, Chromebooks, promethean boards.
Capable of imaging all windows devices
Capable of managing the set up mobile devices, and more
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Plans a technology education program involving demonstrations, lectures, discussions, and student experiments for optimal learning;
Design and implement rigorous unit and engaging lesson plans that incorporate all components of the InspireNOLA instructional model;
Create a structured, achievement-oriented learning environment, and develop a positive rapport with students;
Installing and troubleshoot technological hardware and software:
Provides for safe storage and proper use of technology materials, equipment, and tools;
Troubleshoot, maintain and repair hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones, scanners, security cameras, etc.);
Proactively manage student behavioral issues and adhere to school policies for infractions and incentives;
Participate enthusiastically in structured and informal learning and development opportunities, including seeking and accepting continual feedback from staff and administration;
Participates in the development of activities that help integrate technology into various curriculum areas;
Work in partnership with teachers and staff, modeling consistent effective teaching with technology, engagement, lesson plan design, use of technology, and online tools;
Complete submitted technology requests;
Assist in maintaining and monitoring accurate inventory of technology assets;
Exemplify InspireNOLA’s core values in all interactions with students and their families to demonstrate your commitment to students’ academic and behavioral success;
Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits
Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as TRSL, our employer retirement contribution, is included.
