- Start by looking at our current job postings. Complete the application if you find a job posting that interests you. Once your application is submitted, you will see a confirmation page.
- The InspireNOLA Talent Team conducts application and resume screenings on a rolling basis.
- If you are selected as a potential employee, a member of the Talent Team will reach out to schedule a 15-30 minute initial phone interview.
- Within a week of the phone call, the Talent Team will contact you to let you know whether or not they have chosen to continue the application process.
- If you move forward in the process, your information will be shared with our School Leaders who will determine if you are a good fit with their school.
- At this point, there could be a second phone interview or you will be invited for a school visit. The visits typically include a tour of the school, a sample lesson, and an interview and lesson debrief with the principal.
- The school leaders will make a hiring decision within a week of your interview and/or visit, however, this is typically done within one or two days.
