Welcome to the InspireNOLA family! We hope to make the registration process fast and easy for you to complete. Below are frequently asked questions that may be useful when you are completing registration online:
All Registration for InspireNOLA Schools will be through an online platform emailed to returning and newly placed students. No paper registration forms will be available at the schools.
New InspireNOLA Students
• How can I enroll my child into an InspireNOLA school?
All InspireNOLA schools participate in the district’s centralized enrollment system, EnrollNOLA. To enroll your child in an InspireNOLA school, a parent must complete a OneApp online via https://enrollnolaps.com. Students are matched to a school based on the schools they rank in their application.
• How can I register my child?
You should receive your school placement email from the NCAP office and then you will receive an email from [email protected] with a unique link to register your child. If you did not receive an email, please contact your child's placement school.
• What is the deadline for registration?
Those students who are matched in the main round of NCAP (formerly OneApp) must complete registration by April 30, 2025.
• If I have multiple children, do I need to complete more than one registration?
Yes, you will need to submit a separate online registration for each student. Each registration form is child-specific.
• Can I complete registration in another language?
Online forms are available in English and Spanish. You can click the globe icon on your form to switch languages.
• What documents do I need to complete registration?
The items needed for registration are below:
o Student's Birth Certificate (Required)
o Parent/Guardian's State ID or Driver’s License (Required)
o Proof of Residency Readable copies of one or more of the following for each student is required for registration (Required):
o Electricity/Gas Bill dated within ninety days of the registration date
o Sewerage/Water Bill dated within ninety days of the registration date
o Cable/Internet Bill dated within ninety days of the registration date
o Section 8 or HANO Voucher Statement dated within ninety days of the registration date
o Mortgage Agreement or Lease where the end term is a future date
o Homestead exemption in parent or guardian's name
o Official letter from a governmental agency dated within ninety days before the registration.
o Third Quarter Report Card or Progress Report
o Student's Immunization Records
o Student's Social Security Card
o Custody documents, if applicable
o IEP/504 Plan, if applicable
o Test Scores, if applicable (any available)
• How can I submit my student’s documents?
You should upload pictures of documents while completing online registration. InspireNOLA is hosting two Student Registration Support Nights. During the Student Registration Support Nights, we will have on-site support to walk you through the registration process. See the Need Help section below for more information about our Support Nights!
• My other child already attends an InspireNOLA school. Do I still need to provide all required documents?
Yes, all new students must submit the required documents regardless of their relation to the current student.
Returning Students
• My child is returning to the same InspireNOLA school next school year, do I need to take any steps to secure their seat?
Yes. Even if your student is attending the same InspireNOLA school next year, you are required to reregister. To reregister your student, please follow the instructions outlined in the email that you received from [email protected]. Your reregistration should be completed by May 7, 2025. If you have any questions regarding your student's enrollment or did not receive your email from [email protected], please contact your school's data manager. Families can also call the Power Enrollment Family Support Hotline for password resets and technical support with the online enrollment forms at 916-302-4359 ext 1511 (Spanish translation is available).
• How can I submit my student’s documents?

Student Registration Support Nights: InspireNOLA is hosting two Student Registration Support Nights. During the Student Registration Support Nights, we will have on-site support to walk you through the registration process. Translation services will be available, if needed.
Eastbank Student Registration Support Night: Wednesday, April 23rd,4:30pm -7:00pm at McDonogh 35 Senior High School (4000 Cadillac Street, New Orleans, LA 70122)
Westbank Student Registration Support Night: Thursday, April 24th, 4:30pm -7:00pm at Edna Karr High School (4400 General Meyer, New Orleans, LA 70131)
Families can attend either night. Please choose the night that is most convenient to your schedule and location. To RSVP, visit https://tinyurl.com/SRSNight. RSVPs are not required but encouraged. Translation services will be available, if needed.
Attendance at a Student Registration Support Night is not required. However, if you need support with your registration documents, please attend.
