What is Teacher Messaging?

Teacher Messaging is a free messaging service offered via the InspireNOLA mobile app that allows for secure, safe communication between school and home. Your child's teachers will be able to send you direct messages and group text to the entire class, as well as share files, photos, videos, and more - all in the same app.

Please note: All chats will be logged for everyone's safety and security.

Setting up your account

Below are step-by-step set-up instructions. You can also download the parent's guide for the app or the parent's guide website for more details.

Download the FREE InspireNOLA mobile app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play) and click on the SchoolMessenger icon. (Note: you may be prompted to download the SchoolMessenger app. You only need to do this once and then it will launch from the InspireNOLA app.)
